The data and the system is yours to use, forever. It also means the decision-making is entirely your own, too:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Updates are optional\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If it ain&#8217;t broke, don&#8217;t fix it. No forced updates if your needs are met and you want to minimize change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If an important update is offered, whether for security or new functionality, you can choose to apply it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support is optional\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Documentation is included and comprehensive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help is available if you need it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">own<\/span> the server and also the responsibility for it.
